Were Brian Nichols' Murders "Hate-Crimes"?

It appears that violent Black felon Brian Nichols was motivated to commit murder by his hatred of the White authority figures. So, will he be charged under Georgia's stiffer "hate-crime" law? Heck, no. That law really only applies to Whites; as we all know, Blacks cannot be guilty of "racism." Of course, the Department of Justice's statistics suggest otherwise.
